Shipping within the U.S.

Harbor Leather ships all non-personalized orders within two to three business days of receipt. You will receive orders shipped via ground within four to seven days of the date your order is shipped. All orders received after 11 am EST, regardless of shipping method chosen, will not be processed until the next business day.

For overnight delivery, orders must be received Monday through Thursday by 11 am EST. UPS orders placed on Thursday after 11 am EST through Friday 11 am EST will arrive on Monday. UPS orders placed on Friday after 11 am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Harbor Leather does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes. For shipments to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, we ship through the United States Postal Service.

All expedited orders placed will usually be shipped via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. A physical address must be provided, or a delay in shipping your order may occur.

Note: All personalized orders with standard ground shipping can take up to 8 business days (Monday - Friday) to ship from our facility. You will then receive orders shipped via ground within four to seven days of the date your order is shipped. This does not apply to expedited shipping orders placed.

An expedited shipping option is strongly recommended to ensure specific delivery dates, especially during the holiday season.

Please note that the order ships do not count as a transit day for all standard ground and expedited shipments. All transit days are business days Monday – Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered transit days for UPS.

Harbor Leather is not responsible for carrier delays due to adverse weather conditions or any other unavoidable situations that may result in the carrier being unable to deliver packages. Harbor Leather is not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays that the carrier does not deliver on.

In-stock dates displayed for out of stock items are estimated dates only and are subject to change.

Any special requests, such as requesting the signature required for your order's delivery, will carry an additional fee that Harbor Leather will rebill the credit card you used for your original purchase. This fee is based on the carrier rate and may vary.

Our website is designed to charge credit cards when your order is placed. If you choose an out of a stock item, the production team will hold onto such order until the product is restocked and ready to ship.

Free standard shipping applies to orders being shipped within the United States only.

Shipping Information

State Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses within Maine's state are subject to a 5.5% sales tax unless you provide a sales tax exemption certificate. If your order is shipped to any other state, the destination state's sales tax will be added to your order.


Shipping to Canada

For Canadian orders, we ship USPS. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your order is placed. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of Duty, PST, and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days via UPS for an extra charge of $20.

International Shipping & Taxes

Harbor Leather uses the USPS shipping method for all international orders placed. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your order is shipped for delivery. Delays are common when shipping outside the US due to handling of Duty, PST, and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order.

For all shipping methods outside the US, duty and taxes are payable upon receipt of the package. This is a fee that your country charges for the delivery of packages from all outside countries and will vary depending on the individual country you live in. Harbor Leather is not responsible for any fees, duty, and taxes due. Please check with your local postal carrier to estimate what this charge may be before placing your order.
