What happened to vertical daily columns?
I've been buying large Gallery Leather planners for years. They fly off Barnes & Noble shelves. So why change to a paragraph format on the weekly pages. Do I have the last book with paired weekly pages that show 6 columns - one for each weekday and 1 for Saturday & Sunday? Why would you change this to a paragraph format that does not list times for future scheduling. What a waste. I'll go back to At-A-Glance before I buy that - or create my own.

We actually manufacture several different style formats in our calendar line. B&N does not carry all of the different styles we offer. They pick a certain selection that best sells for them in their stores and online. If the planner you purchased from them this year is laid out to show 1 full week spread over 2 pages in a horizontal format with lines underneath each day to write on then you have purchased the large weekly planner which is a new format for B&N this year that they have never carried from us previously. We still manufacture the format that I believe you had intended to purchase which shows a full week spread over 2 pages in a vertical format with times underneath each day to write on. The 2 books that we manufacture and still sell to B&N that match the description you provided are the professional planner and the family planner. The professional planner has a monthly section in the front of the book whereas the family planner does not contain a monthly view. The professional planner's weekly section begins in January and runs through December whereas the family planner begins in August of the current year and runs through December of the following year giving you 14 months versus 12 through the professional. Therefore we have made no changes to any of the calendar books we manufacture in regards to how they are formatted. Again, I strongly believe you mistakenly grabbed the incorrect style but can absolutely still get the format you're wanting from B&N or directly through us if that would be easier. I hate to think that you have decided to go in another direction with your planner purchase due to this misunderstanding and sincerely hope that you decide to either give us a call so we can assist you personally to make sure you get what you're looking for or go back to B&N and locate the correct format you're looking for. Thanks so much for taking the time to express your frustration and giving us the opportunity to let you know that you can still get the format you've grown accustomed to.
